Why everyone keeps coming back.

Located at 19312 Plaza Dr in Parker, Colorado, Waffle House stands out as a beloved American diner that specializes in hearty breakfast and classic comfort food, delivering that iconic diner experience with genuine warmth and satisfaction. Whether you're craving a cozy breakfast or a casual meal any time of day, this family-friendly spot welcomes you with a menu full of familiar favorites served up fresh and satisfying.

Waffle House's breakfast offerings are a celebration of traditional American morning classics, featuring the famed ALLSTAR SPECIAL™—a meticulously crafted plate of eggs with toast and jelly, complemented by your choice of grits, hashbrowns, or sliced tomatoes, plus a golden waffle and your choice of savory meats like Smithfield® bacon or Jimmy Dean® sausage. The Breakfast Hashbrown Bowl is another standout, expertly combining double portions of crispy hashbrowns layered with melted American cheese, fluffy scrambled eggs, and your preferred meat for a comforting, indulgent start to the day.

For lunch and dinner, Waffle House continues to impress with hearty dishes such as the Texas Patty Melt with Hashbrowns, featuring a juicy Angus beef quarter-pound patty layered with grilled onions and American cheese, all embraced by perfectly toasted Texas toast. The Lunch Melt Hashbrown Bowls offer a fantastic twist—double hashbrowns topped with melted cheese, grilled onions, and your choice of expertly grilled chicken or thin-sliced chuck cheesesteak, providing robust flavors in every bite.

What truly elevates the Waffle House experience at this location is the inviting, down-to-earth atmosphere. The diner buzzes with a friendly, neighborhood vibe where servers like Diamond, a 35-year veteran, bring knowledge, kindness, and a touch of history that makes every visit feel special. Energy flows from early risers fueling up before work to late-night guests finding comfort and camaraderie, such as one customer who fondly remembers singing and dancing with the cook during an impromptu late-night visit. This blend of welcoming service and genuine human connection makes Waffle House much more than a meal—it’s a gathering place where food and fellowship meet.

While the dining room is modest in size, it is meticulously maintained and exudes a cozy charm that invites both regular patrons and newcomers alike to pull up a seat, linger over good food, and soak in the authentic diner experience. The crowd can swell on busy weekends, so patience is rewarded with food that is prepared with care and a flavor profile that is consistently satisfying. From the crispy, golden hashbrowns to the rich, cheesy grits bowls loaded with savory meats and eggs, every dish feels lovingly crafted to fulfill those nostalgic diner cravings.

For anyone seeking a true taste of Americana wrapped in a welcoming, neighborhood diner vibe, Waffle House on Plaza Dr offers an authentic and memorable culinary experience that warms the soul as much as the palate.

We went at noon on a Sunday so, pretty crowded. We waited about 30 minutes for a seat. My first visit to this location and maybe third time at a waffle house in my life. We sat at the counter at the same time as two regulars. They had their drinks immediately and their food in ten minutes. It took ten minutes just to take our order of two sandwiches, and 30 minutes to place it. I had to ask for the bacon that I ordered. They grabbed some cold stuff that had been sitting out waiting for another order. The sandwiches were really good though. We had a chicken/cheese/ bacon and a Texas cheesesteak melt. Our server was very friendly and tried hard but obviously had little experience. She'll do fine.

Had a great server, quite possibly one of the best. So funny and kind on top of getting things out when she could. A bit of a wait but it was the diner experience so we just waited it out and got our food as it arrived. One of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve had in some time.

Fairly small footprint but clean and the food was great. Our server, Diamond, was super fantastic. She's a WH historian with 35 years of WH service, congratulations Diamond, folks like you are what make the chain great.

I've been to Waffle Houses all over the country, and this is one of the best. Diamond, Drew, and Claire will make your dining experience egregiously entertaining. They put forth the effort to learn the names of regulars and treat you like family.

It's a waffle house, not a michelin star restaurant. Its small and very dive diner-y. I give it five stars for most sections BECAUSE I review it for what it is. I wouldn't grade a Motel 6 the same way I'd rate a Ritz. It's cheap, plenty of food, the wait staff is always nice and genuinely friendly, the food is great (especially for the price). It's one of my favorite places for breakfast. I hope you try it, and I hope you love it the way I do.
